How do I participate?

Ask the cashier for a card and start earning awards immediately. You must enroll and register card to redeem your awards.
How do I enroll and register my card?

You may enroll and register your card by calling the number on the back of the card or go to the website on the back of the card.
How does the program work?

Each program is different; the program director needs to fill this area in.
Do I have to have my card to get my award?

No. You may use your 10 digit phone number as an alternate ID.
What happens if I lose my card?

Get a new card at a participating location; call the number on the back of the card. If the card was not registered and you do not know the 16-digit number, you will lose any award or balance status. If you card was registered or you knew the 16 digit number your information will transfer to the new card.
What happens if my card does not work?

Call the number on the back of the card and explain what happened to the customer service agent.
Can more than one card be combined with other family members to earn awards together?

Yes. Call the number on the back of the card and explain to the customer service agent you want to combine cards.
